Heidi Miller

Heidi Miller is a Commercial Customer Service Representative at Mays Insurance Agency. A 1996 graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she began her career in account management and client relations, serving as an Account Executive for ADP and CVR. She also worked in technical support and as a Knowledge Base Writer for Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions. After dedicating time to raising her two sons, she joined Mays Insurance Agency in 2021 and, as a licensed Property and Casualty agent, supports commercial clients with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, boating, traveling, and time up north, and she is an avid football fan who cheers on the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers, as well as her youngest son at Western Illinois University.
